RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As of January 01, 2021, Zeyzani no longer carries any in-stock items, and all and every pair and accessories are custom-made per order. You may select details and we can finalize your order via email or order the exact same designs shown on our website, and even those predesigned products will be custom-made upon ordering. They will show in stock although they are made to order, so our customers could place their orders freely on their own if they want the predesigned pairs or accessories that are shown on our website. At Zeyzani, we want you to be happy with your purchase and that is why we relentlessly get confirmation on each and every detail of your custom orders. We will not start production before we send you a final confirmation email and you go over every detail and confirm your order. Once confirmed via email, all orders, including the predesigned shown in-stock items on our web site, are final sale.

International Orders and Shipments:
Zeyzani ships Worldwide and we have international retail partner stores. We require written authorization and identity confirmation before initiating, completing or shipping international online orders. We also have a different shipping price that can vary from country to country. We are happy to quote you a shipping cost to your country via UPS or FedEx. International shipping costs/fees/charges are 100% non-refundable. Any and all exchanges are the sole responsibility of the receiver/client. Client agrees and understands that he/she is also 100% responsible for any and all duties and taxes required by his/her country. Zeyzani will not pay for or refund any duties and taxes under any circumstance. There are no exceptions to the above policies. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to contact us and we will happily work through it with you!
Shipping within the USA:
All USA shipments are made via UPS Ground [unless requested and paid for otherwise]. All prices quoted excluding international shipments are made through UPS Ground Services. If you wish for expedited shipping, such as overnight, 2nd day or 3-day-select, we are able to accommodate you. There will be additional charges for such expedited shipping options. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless stated otherwise by you, the client, our shipments are made without insurance. If you like to insure your shipment at a certain value, please let us know prior to shipping so we can get you the exact cost for the insurance cost for your shipment. Zeyzani is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments, so we highly suggest inquiring about shipping insurance and paying for it. Unless otherwise stated in writing, you agree that shipping is your responsibility and there will be no refunds offered on any shipping charges in either direction of shipping.
Shipping Time - Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Shipping Method - For the convenience of our customers, UPS Ground deliveries are sent “No Signature Required.” This means that UPS will leave the package at your door or in a convenient location if no one is present to receive the shipment. If you require a signature delivery, please note that you will be charged an additional $5.50 as UPS charges extra for this level of service. Therefore, whether you order online or by phone, you will need to state this request and accept the $5.50 additional charge via e-mail to zeyzani@gmail.com
Insurance - Insurance is optional and is billed at cost. Z's Treasures LLC - (dba) ZEYZANI is not responsible for loss shipments unless insurance is requested and purchased. Insurance is not included unless requested, and the cost will be determined depending on the shipment and ship to location.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
